Leah Russo

VP Marketing and GTM leader

Use AI to compress evidence, not manufacture certainty.

Portrait of Leah Russo

The short version

Leah Russo works at the intersection of positioning, customer intelligence, campaigns, and revenue strategy.

She spends her time close to two things: what customers actually say, and what a company decides to do about it. Most GTM teams are not short on data. They are short on a reliable way to move from raw customer signal to a decision a leadership team can defend.

She created this library to help GTM leaders use AI as a research accelerator without mistaking polished synthesis for customer truth. Every prompt here is written to force the model to show its evidence, label its inferences, rate its confidence, and surface what contradicts the tidy answer.

It is the companion resource to her talk, “How to Pressure-Test GTM Strategy Using AI.” It is deliberately portable: no login, no account, nothing stored, and nothing sent to a model from this site.

The work

Where the practice sits

Positioning
Turning customer language into messaging that survives a skeptical buyer, not just an internal review.
Customer intelligence
Building repeatable ways to read conversations, feedback, and behavior as a research asset.
Campaigns
Grounding creative territories in evidence so campaigns argue something customers actually believe.
Revenue strategy
Connecting segment, motion, and message so GTM bets can be pressure-tested before they are funded.

What she believes

Four convictions behind this library.

01

Evidence beats instinct

The sharpest positioning already exists inside customer conversations. The work is retrieving it faithfully, not inventing it.

02

Synthesis is not truth

A confident summary can be wrong in ways a messy transcript never is. Every conclusion should be traceable back to something a customer said or did.

03

Judgment stays human

AI can compress a quarter of customer signal into an hour of reading. Deciding what it means, and what to do about it, is still leadership work.

04

Method travels

B2B or B2C, sales-led or product-led, enterprise or self-serve: the discipline of separating evidence from inference works the same way everywhere.
